DISCLAIMER AND PARTICIPANT’S RELEASE OF LIABILITY
At The Harlem House of Champions, the safety and well-being of our participants are of utmost importance. While we strive to provide a safe and supportive environment, it is essential for anyone participating in our boxing/fitness training class(es) to understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with such activities.
PARTICIPANT’S RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By enrolling in and participating in The Harlem House of Champions’ boxing/fitness training class(es), the Participant voluntarily releases The Harlem House of Champions and its affiliates from any liability for accidents, injuries, illnesses, death, or property damage arising directly or indirectly from his or her participation. Participants understand and acknowledge the physical demands and potential risks involved in the activities.
ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY
Participants agree to assume full financial responsibility for any medical costs incurred due to injury sustained during their participation in the boxing/fitness training class(es) at The Harlem House of Champions.
WAIVER OF CLAIMS
Participants agree not to make any claims, demands, or lawsuits against The Harlem House of Champions, its staff, trainers, or affiliates for any losses or damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other harm arising from their participation in the activities.
INFORMED CONSENT
By participating in The Harlem House of Champions boxing/fitness training class(es), Participants affirm that they have been informed about the nature of the activities and the potential risks involved. They understand they have the right to ask questions about any aspect of the activities before enrolling and participating.
MEDICAL FITNESS
Participants acknowledge that they are in good physical health and have no medical condition or disability that would prevent them from safely participating in the boxing/fitness training class(es). If there are any concerns about their health or fitness level, they agree to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before enrolling in the activities at The Harlem House of Champions.
SAFETY GUIDELINES
Participants agree to abide by all safety guidelines, instructions, and rules provided by Harlem House of Champions and its staff during the training sessions. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the termination of their participation.
PARENTAL CONSENT FOR MINORS
For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent for participating in the boxing/fitness training class(es) at Harlem House of Champions.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK
By enrolling in our boxing/fitness training class(es), Participants acknowledge that they have read and understood this release of liability and voluntarily assume all risks associated with their participation.
